Is it possible to loose consciousness if your “brain” is built up from a set of inference rules, and probability wave functions? I think Roger Penrose might have something to say about such a rash claim as consciousness for an artifact. But, maybe Robogeek’s Robot has some quantum effects that raise mere computational functioning to the level of the human mind.
Then again, I think Penrose is talking b***ocks.
