Who’d a thunk it. Our robot as the super cool “Cooler King” from The Great Escape. I’m sure he’d look amazing on a motorbike too, though I’m not sure The Talented-One would want to tackle drawing that!
But having one movie reference in a strip is clearly not enough – I’m sure you will all get the other one!

PS – when originally thinking of the idea, I had confused Steve McQueen’s Cooler King for Paul Newman’s Cool Hand Luke. I was convinced he bounced a baseball in that film while in Solitary. Ironically in that film, “a night in the box” was far from cool!
